Home remedies, calf edition.

I don’t normally post anything related to running here, but I’m reaching out to the homeopaths for some helps with a calf injury. Of the non-bovine variety.

I’ve got a chronic case, and I’ve pulled it every which way. Main muscle in the calf, both on the outer part of the leg, and the inner. This time, it’s between the calf muscle itself and the ankle. But always the right leg. I stretch before and after each run, as well as anytime it occurs to me. But this is the 4th or 5th time since fall began that it’s happened.

Anyone have ideas on what I can be doing to get it to go away, and prevent future strains and pulls?
